On behalf of GCC, I would like to express my deepest apologies for the inconvenience our laptop has caused you. I feel terribly sorry to inform you that we no longer have the same model of laptop. Can we send you a replacement with the same price? If you agree to this I’ll send you a new one at once. Please turn over your old laptop, including the invoice, to us upon delivery of our replacement.
