On behalf of GCC, I would like to express my deepest apologies for the inconvenience our laptop has caused you. I feel terribly sorry to inform you that we no longer have the same model of laptop. Can we send you a replacement with the same price? If you agree to this I’ll send you a new one at once. Please turn over your old laptop, including the invoice, to us upon delivery of our replacement.
We are sorry that this unfortunate incident occurred, and sincerely appreciate your continued support.
